Connecting Howe Ave Project
Project overview Howe Avenue between Fair Oaks Blvd and the Power Inn light rail station south of Folsom Blvd is a critical corridor serving Sacramento State, students, businesses and residents. However, it is one of the top 10 corridors in Sacramento with the highest number of transportation related severe injuries and fatalities.
